Two floors, two clocks
Chances Casino Kelowna on Springfield Road opens at 9 am every day. Playtime Casino Kelowna on Water Street opens at 10 am. Both floors keep the same opening time all week. For a morning visit, the first hour belongs to the Springfield Road floor alone.
Closing times split by night. Playtime closes at 1 am Sunday to Tuesday and at 2 am Wednesday to Saturday. Chances closes at 1 am Sunday to Wednesday and at 2 am Thursday to Saturday. Wednesday is the night the two differ: Playtime stays open until 2 am, while Chances closes at 1 am. On the other six nights, both floors close at the same hour.

- Times after midnight belong to the night before, so a Saturday closing at 2 am falls in the early hours of Sunday.
- "To close" means the venue posts no separate closing time for that zone.
Table and poker hours
Live tables at Playtime open at noon Monday to Thursday and at 11 am Friday to Sunday, then run to close. At Chances, live tables open daily at 10:30 am and also run to close. Some games start later there. Roulette opens at 6 pm and Baccarat at 6:30 pm. Face-Up Fortune Pai Gow and a High Limit Blackjack table run Friday and Saturday from 6:30 pm.
Playtime's poker room has two No Limit Texas Hold'em tables and opens daily at 4 pm, running to close. Seat reservations there begin at 11 am by phone at 250-860-9467. The Chances room has 6 tables and fixed closing times. It runs 4 pm to 1 am Monday to Wednesday and 4 pm to 2 am Thursday to Saturday. On Sunday it opens at 11 am and closes at 1 am.
What the venues do not publish
"Close" is the venues' own word: Playtime's tables and poker room run to close, as do the live tables at Chances. Neither casino publishes holiday hours, a dress code or a smoking policy.
